Our spacious 3 bedroom Ocean View Villas are a modern family unit with all the comforts of home! With an ensuite bathroom, cooking facilities (no oven), large balcony & a large open plan living/dining room you won't be disappointed! Accommodating a maximum of 7 people, there are two large bedrooms downstairs with a queen in one room and bunks and a single in the other. There is also a mezzanine level with a queen bed. Great for a family getaway!

Pet Friendly Hutchy Room

Our Pet Friendly rooms are just a short stroll to the beach. The rooms consist of one double bed accommodating a maximum of 2 guests, an ensuite bathroom, tea & coffee making facilities and a microwave. Pets are welcome inside these rooms and you also have an enclosed balcony with table & chairs to relax outside with them.

Parkview Motel Room

Our Parkview motel rooms offer a great alternative for the budget conscious. Set in the middle of the park overlooking the tropical grounds, these rooms are exceptional value for money. Fully en-suited with a king size bed or 2 x king singles, FHD television, air conditioning, bar fridge, toaster and tea/coffee making facilities. Ideal for the weekend fisherman, budget conscious worker or traveller. Covered parking bay and and front verandah. Perfect for Tradies - ask about our weekly tariffs.

Powered Sites

Our park covers six tropical acres with sites to suit the largest fifth wheeler or the smallest two man tent. We offer shady powered sites, many with slabs. For your convenience we have a centrally located amenities block with disabled facilities, free electric BBQ's and well equipped camp kitchen. We offer nightly drive thru and weekly rates during off peak periods. Special rates may apply. We are pet friendly subject to our pet rules. Miles of beach and walkways at our doorstep for your enjoyment - watch out for the crocs! Relax around our tropical salt water pool or enjoy a late afternoon drink or evening meal at our beachfront restaurant.

Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation Fee

Payment in full is required at the time of making a booking to secure your reservation.

If less than 7 days notice, the cancellation fee is equal to 100% of the first night’s booking. Simply changing your mind means you are subject to normal cancellation policy.

 

The exception to this is due to impending flooding, cyclonic conditions OR being affected directly by Covid 19 (in a lock down area, in quarantine or awaiting test results).  A change of dates or credit is our preferred option however where necessary a refund will be offered - a minimum $30 processing fee may still apply.

 

Longer cancellation periods apply to peak periods.

Peak Period Booking and Cancellation Policy

Payment in full is required at the time of making a booking to secure your reservation.

If your booking is cancelled 1 to 30 days prior to arrival the total booking amount will be forfeited and charged as a cancellation fee. Cancellation greater than 31+ days prior to arrival will attract a minimum $30 processing fee.

Covid 19 Policy

What you need to know

COVID-19 Flexi Booking Policy: Withstanding rights under consumer law, guests will have the option to select a new date for their existing booking or accept a credit valid for up to 12 months should any of the below criteria impact their planned stay:

• You or an immediate family member becomes sick with COVID–19

• You are forced into self-isolation

• You are awaiting the results of a COVID–19 test or

• A State Government or Commonwealth Government directive is issued and means you are no longer able to travel to or from your destination. Any difference in booking value will need to be paid direct to the park as per their usual booking terms and conditions. To request either a change to booking dates or to receive a credit for a future booking in relation to the COVID-19 Flexible Cancellation Policy the customer will need to contact the park directly. To utilise this policy a guest must:

• Have made their booking directly with us, and

• Where requested, provide proof to the park where the booking is held of COVID-19 impact as listed above. Any cancellation which is deemed not applicable to the Flexible Cancellation Policy will need to comply with parks usual terms and conditions: Changes and cancellations for stays must be made directly with the park. Changes can be made free of charge subject to availability. Cancellations will result in forfeiture of deposit.  Guests who fail to check in on the designated day will forfeit their deposit. Guests who cancel on expected arrival date forfeit deposit.  Special requests are on request basis only and are not guaranteed at the time of booking. Please contact the Park for confirmation or to enquire about a request.   All cabin accommodation is STRICTLY non smoking. Guests failing to abide by these rules will incur a $100.00 sanitization fee charged to their credit card upon checkout. Australian Standards maintain that children need to be 9 years old or older to sleep on the top bunk in cabin accommodation, and even though it's fun, they are not allowed to play on the top bunk. Please make your booking with this in mind. We reserve the right to refuse a booking at any time from any person reasonably believed to:

• Not be the person named on the booking request

• Not be the person named on the credit card or not be authorised to use the card

• Not be able to pay for any charges

• May cause damage to the property of the Park or other guests

• May exhibit socially unacceptable behaviour

• Be younger than 18 years and not accompanied by a responsible person over that age

• Be concealing a dog or other unauthorised animal

We reserve the right to eject guests from the park who are deemed by management to be behaving in a socially unacceptable way; causing damage; disturbing other guests; using unacceptable language or otherwise breaking Park Rules. No refund will be given and charges will apply for any damage caused.

Things to Know

Please note the following conditions of staying in our accommodation;

  • Pets are allowed within our caravan park sites and designated pet friendly rooms only and reception must be notified upon booking that you have a pet.

  • PET RULES:

  •  On a leash & under control at all times;

  • Dispose of animal waste promptly & appropriately;

  • Must not leave a pet unattended under any circumstance;

  • Must not allow a pet to be in or near the parks communal facilities, i.e. camp kitchen amenities, playground & pool area;

  • Must not allow a pet to be a nuisance or cause distress to others;

  • The pet owner is solely responsible for the pet at all times & any damages caused by the pet to property or persons. 

  • Three - seven night minimum stays may apply to all long weekend/holiday periods.

  • Covid-19 QR Code must be completed upon arrival prior to entering reception
